Topic: Work-From-Home…Work Area Recovery Strategy Workshop
Work-From-Home is becoming the workplace recovery strategy. How does this strategy differ from the Work-At-Home employee? Is it a viable long-term recovery strategy or a short-term workaround? Is it applicable for all functions or are there special considerations that must be met to make it viable for both employer and employee?
During this workshop we will look at the viability of Work-From-Home for normal operations and as a workplace recovery strategy, strengths and weaknesses, and what it takes to make it a viable strategy that you can depend upon for your organization.
